SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan States, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and Chin, Kayah States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and isolated in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above May average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States, (2°C) above May average temperatures in Sagaing Region and Southern Shan, Chin, Kayah States and (3°C) below May average temperature in Northern Shan State, (6°C) below May average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about normal average temperatures in Yangon Region and Kachin State. The significant day temperatures were (45°C) in Chauk, (43°C) in Magway and (42°C) each in Myinmu, Myingyan, Nyaung Oo, Yamethin, Tada U(Aviation), Minbu, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Sinbyugyun, Pyay, Taunggu and Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (1.78) inches in Mogoke, (1.42) inches in Loilin, (1.20) inches in Singu, (1.10) inches in Thipaw, (0.98) inch in Shwebo, (0.94) inch in Moemate and (0.83) inch in Moemate(Myitson).
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Degree of certainty is (80%).
The Condition of Cumulonimbus Cloud: The Cumulonimbus clouds over the Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
