BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 22ndMarch, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper SagaingRegion and Kachin, Shan, Chin States, scattered in Mandalay Regions and Kayah State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper SagaingRegion and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
