BAY INFERENCE:Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and over the South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and  elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 26^th January, 2023: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of Certainty is (60). Weather will be partly cloudy in  Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in strong easterly windsmay reach (30-35) mph. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and (4-6) feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally fair in the whole country.
