BAY INFERENCE:Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 26th January, 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions. Degree of Certainty is (60). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Kachin, (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA:Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in strong easterly windsmay reach (30-35) mph. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and (4-6) feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Generally fair in the whole country.
