SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Bago Region and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below December average temperature in Taninthayi Region and (2°C) above December average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan, Kayin, Mon States and (3°C) to (4°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan, Kayah States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) each in Namsam and Hakha, (4°C) in Tiddim, (5°C) in Heho and (6°C) in Loilin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.08) inch in Kunlong.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th December, 2022: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
