BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of East Equatorial Indian Ocean and South Andaman sea still persists. It is Likely to move Westwards and may further intensity into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean during next (24)hrs. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 15th December, 2022: Weather will be generally fair in Magway Region and Chin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at time Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (30-35) mph. Sea will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and (4-7) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States.
