BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th December, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayah States and generally fair the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at time Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (30-35) mph. Sea will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and (4-6) feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
