SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and EasternShan, Kayah States, scattered in Bago, TaninthayiRegions and isolated in Naypyitaw, Southern Shan, Chin, Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Nighttemperatures were (2°C) above November average temperature in Chin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway,Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States, (5°C) to (6°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and Southern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (6°C) in Putao, (9°C) in Tiddim and (10°C) each in Machanbaw and Hakha. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.82) inch in Phyarpon, (0.63) inch in Hainggyigyun, (0.35) inch in Hinthada, (0.28) inch in Okkan and (0.24) inch in Ye.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure cell over the Eastcentral Bayof Bengalnow lies over the Central Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th November, 2022: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady Region, scattered in Bago, Yangon, TaninthayiRegions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan,Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining regions and states.Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
