SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Taninthayi Region and Mon State and isolated in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin State. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Chin, Kayah States andpartly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatureswere (6°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (3°C) below November average temperaturein Northern Shan State, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing,Magway Regions andKachinState and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Kayin, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Tiddim, (8°C) in Namsam and (9°C) each in Kyaukmaeand Matupi.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.12) inch each in Yangon (Mayangon) and Kawthaung and (0.08) inch in Paung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Westcenrtal Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over theAndaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
