SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Magway Region and Northern Shan, Kayah States, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Bago, Yangon Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Rakhine States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Tiddim, (7°C) in Namsam, (8°C) in Mongyang and (9°C) each in Heho and Loilin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.08) inch in Kawthaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 15th November, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
