SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine, Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Yangon Region and Eastern Shan State, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (7°C) each in Namsam and Tiddim, (8°C) in Loilin and (9°C) each in Pinlaung, Heho, Kengtung and Matupi.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th November, 2022: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
