SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago Regions and Eastern Shan, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan, Chin, Kayah States, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (7°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Namsam, Loilin and (9°C) each in Kyaukmae, Pinlaung, Heho, Tiddim and Pyinoolwin.
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30) hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area has crossed Tamilnadu-Pudusherry (India) and weakened into a Low Pressure Area. It is forecast to move West-Northwestwards and reach north interior Tamilnadu and Kerala (India). Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13rd November, 2022: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
