SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Lower Sagaing, Bago, Yangon Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatureswere (4°C)below November average temperaturein KayahState, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Magway, Bago, Yangon Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan, Chin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (7°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung and Tiddimand (9°C) each in Heho, Loilin and Pyinoolwin.
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (12:30) hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Sri Lanka coast and intensified into a Well marked low pressure area now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northeast Sri Lanka. It is likely continueto move northwestwards and reach to Tamilnadu-Puducherry Coasts (India) during next (24) hrs. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudyover the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th November, 2022:Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in TaninthayiRegion. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
