SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Southern Shan State, fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon Regions, scattered in Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah State, isolated in Naypyitaw, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.87) inches in Loilin, (2.20) inches in Okkan, (0.98) inch each in Gyobingauk and Dawei, (0.79) inch in Yangon(Botahtaung), (0.51) inch each in Khayan and Myawaddy and (0.39) inch in Ye.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea, Eastcentral Bay and Southeast Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th October, 2022: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin State and rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
