SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Southern Shan State, scattered in Yangon Region, isolated in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy inthe remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.18) inches in Taunggyi, (0.47) inch in Putao, (0.20) inch in NyaungShwe, (0.12) inch in Heho, (0.08) inch each in Yangon(Mingaladon) and Myawaddy.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th October, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in TaninthayiRegion, scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
