SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Eastern Shan State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Lower Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Kayin States, scattered in Magway Region and Kayah, Mon States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (3.51) inches in Hkamti, (2.44) inches in Homalin, (1.96) inches in Phyu, (1.66) inches in Thaton, (1.54) inches each in Kyonpyaw and Pinlaung, (1.50) inches in Ye, (1.46) inches in Putao, (1.37) inches in Hinthada, (1.28) inches in Okpho and (1.26) inches in Pyinmana(Walgyi).
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th October, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sgaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.
