SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Lower Sagaing Region and Chin, Kayin States, scattered in Magway Region and Rakhine State,fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan State and widespreadin the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Mandalay Region.The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (3.19) inches in Meiktila, (2.15) inches in Thazi, (2.01) inches in Hlegu, (1.81) inches in Kungyangon, (1.80) inches in Kyaiklat, (1.77)inches in Labutta, (1.69) inches in Wakema, (1.57) inches in Chaungsone, (1.54) inches in Phyarpon and (1.50) inches in Bogale.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Northeast and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
