BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal, off Andhra Pradesh Coast, India still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and reach to Andhra Pradesh Coast, India tonight. Weather is partly cloudy over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 5th October, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State, fairy widespread in Lower Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyawady Regions and Rakhine, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions.
