BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Northeast Bay and Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs MST today, the Land depression over Central Thailand moved westwards and weaken as a Low pressure cell over Thailand.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 30th September, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and Chin, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas will be experience in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) mph. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (4-6) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.
