BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs MST today, the Typhoon “Noru” over South China sea centered at bout (270)miles East of Danang(Vietnam). It is continue to move Westwards and may cross into the middle Vietnam Coasts at (28.9.2022) morning and it is forecast to downgrads as a Tropical Strom. It is likely continue to move Westwards and gradually weaken as a Land Depression.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th September, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be Isolated in (Northern and Eastern)Shan, scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Chin, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw and Southern Shan, Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

 OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of thundery activities in central Myanmar areas.
