SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Southern Shan, Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (3.11) inches in Einme, (2.32) inches in Bago, (2.06) inches in Gyobingauk, (1.97) inches in Chauk, (1.70) inches in Kyaiklat, (1.62) inches in Khayan, (1.54) inches in Kalewa, (1.51) inches in Thazi and (1.50) inches each in Paing Kyone and Theinzayet.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th September, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Chin, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions. Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
