SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Sagaing and Magway Regions, scattered in Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and Kayin State. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (4.04) inches in Kya-In-Seikkyi, (2.67) inches in Shwekyin, (2.58) inches in Singaing, (2.48) inches in Hpa-an, (2.12) inches in Kyeikdon, (1.85) inches in Madauk, (1.67) inches in Bogale, (1.61) inches in Minesat and (1.57) inches in Ye.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
