BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (15:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining off Odisha Coast, India now lies over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Odisha- West Bengal Coasts, India still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and cross NorthOdishaand North Chhattisgarh, India during next (2) days.Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 21stSeptember, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will bescatteredin Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Chin, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and Stateswith likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, AyeyarwadyRegions and KachinStates.Degree of certainty is (100%).
