BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 03rd September, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be  fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon Regions and Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States . Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Increase of rain in UpperSagaingRegion and Kachin, Northern Shan States.
