BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 03rd September, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region,  fairly widespread in UpperSagaing Region and Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay  Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heanyfalls in Mandalay Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Increase of rain in UpperSagaingRegion and Kachin, Northern Shan States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 03rdSeptember, 2022:         Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (100%).
