BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 02nd  September, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Sagaing Region and Kachin, (Northern and Southern) Shan, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Taninthayi Region and Eastern Shan, Chin States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing Region and Chin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in  Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
