BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 29thAugust, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Kachin State,  fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and Scattered in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls inUpper Sagaing Region. STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
