BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 24th August, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak monsoon.
