SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Southern Shan State, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan, Chin States and isolated in Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (0.99) inch in Putao, (0.87) inch in Momate (Myitsone), (0.78) inch each in Machanbaw and Pinlaung, (0.55) inch in Myitkyina, (0.36) inch each in Monyin and Taunggyi, (0.28) inch in Dawei, (0.24) inch in Hainggyigyun and (0.20) inch in Homalin.
BAY INFERENCE Monsoon is feeble over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
