BAY INFERENCE According to the observations at (13:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over coastal Odisha(India) now lies over North Odisha Coast and West Bengal Coast (India) still persists. Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 17th July, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35) mph. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
