SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Kayin State and isolated in Taninthayi Region, Mon State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions andKachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah States and generally fair in the ramaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (6°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw,Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan,Chin States,(2°C) above March average temperatures in Bago Region and (Eastern)Shan, KayahStates and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were(42°C) each in Naung Oo and Chaukand(41°C) each inSagaing, Tada U (Aviation Met), Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Pyay and Hpasaung.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.98) inch in Payathosu, (0.67) inch in Dawei, (0.39) inch in Kawkareik, (0.08)inch in Kya-In-Seikkyi and (0.04)inch each in Myawaddy and Mawlamyine.
BAY INFERENCE:Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay, a few cloudover the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
