SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kayah, Mon States. Weather has been partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon Regions andKachin, Shan, Rakhine, Kayin States and generally fair in the ramaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (6°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan,Chin States,(2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and (Eastern) Shan, Rakhine States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were(42°C) in Chaukand(41°C) inBawlakhae.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (1.30) inches in Myeik.
BAY INFERENCE:Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
