BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (15:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal moved north-northwestwards. It is centered at about (690) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco-Island, (790) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Hainggyigyun(Myanmar), (105)Nautical miles East-Northeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka), (200) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Nagapattinam, (240)Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry and (280)Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai (India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Bay of Bengal and a few clouds over the Andaman Sea.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 05th March, 2022:Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
