BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 20th February, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, (North and South) Shan, Rakhine States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin States and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and (South and East) Shan and Rakhine States.
