SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T:During the past (24) hours,light rain have been scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region. Weatherhas been partly cloudy inTaninthayi Region andChin, Kayin,MonStates and generally fair inthe remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were(3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures inMandalay,Magway, AyeyarwadyRegions andEasternShan, Rakhine, KayahStates,(2°C) below February average temperatures in Bago, YangonRegionsand(Northern and Southern)Shan State and about normalFebruary average temperaturein the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C)in Namsam, (2°C) each in Heho, Loilin and Mongyang and(3°C) Pinlaung.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.04) inch in Mogaung.
BAY INFERENCE:Weather is generally fairover the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
