SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours,rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespreadin (South and East) ShanState, scattered in Yangon Region and Kachin, Northern Shan, Kayin States and isolated in Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above January average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan State,(3°C) to (4°C) above January average temperatures in Naypyitaw, BagoRegionand (North and East) Shan, Kayin, MonStates and about January average temperaturesin the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha and (5°C) each inTiddim and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recordedwere (0.65) inch in Hlaingbwe, (0.43) inchin Monyin, (0.32) inch in Labutta, (0.28) inch in Hpa-an(Agro-Met) and (0.12) inch each in Myitkyina and Kyaukmae.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather isa few cloud over theAndaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
