BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Malacca Strait has reached to Northern Malacca Strait and it is forecast weaken gradually. Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 22nd December, 2021: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
