BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Malacca Strait still persists. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 22nd December, 2021: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Yangon, Taninthayi Regions. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
