SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy inSagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw and Kayin, Mon States and about December average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-3°C) in Hakha, (4°C) in Heho and (5°C) each in Putao and Tiddim.
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean still persists. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over theAndaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20th December, 2021: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
