BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over South Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean now lies over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean still persists.Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 18th December, 2021: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 -7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin States.
