BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and SouthBay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL  AFTERNOON OF THE 17^thDecember, 2021: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 -7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States.
