SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Northern Shan State and isolated in Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions. Weather has been partly cloudy inLower Sagaing, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above December average temperatures in Bago Region and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States,(3°C) to (4°C) above December average temperaturesin Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan State, (5°C) to (6°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States and about December average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (8°C) each in Namsam, Hakha and Tongzan, (9°C) each in Pinlaung and Heho, (10°C) each in Loilin, Tiddim, Pyinoolwin and Taunggu(Avia).The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.79) inch in Kyaukmae and (0.32) inch in Myitkyina.
BAY INFERENCE:Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12thDecember, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Kachin State, isolated in Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy inMagway, Taninthayi Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
