SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Eastern Shan, Kayah States, scattered in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and isolated in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, Mon States with isolated heavyfalls in Ayeyarwady Region.Weather has been partly cloudy inthe remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Mandalay Region and Rakhine, Kayin States,(3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah, Mon States, (5°C) above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha and (9°C) each in Tiddim and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (3.86) inches in Hainggyigyun, (1.62) inches in Pathein and (0.68) inch in Hmawbi.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and North Bay and partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th November, 2021:Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Eastern Shan State, scattered inKayah State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, TaninthayiRegions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudyin the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
