SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widerspread in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kachin, Kayin, Mon States.Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Kachin, Southern Shan States, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and about November average temperaturesin the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (7°C) in Hakha, (9°C) in Tiddim and (10°C) in Namsam. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.18) inches inKawthaung, (1.10) inches in Launglon and (0.24) inch in Machanbaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
