SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in (Southern and Eastern Shan) State, scattered in Ayeyarwady Region, isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Taninthayi Region, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Kayah, Mon States and (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin States and about November average temperaturein the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (11°C) each in Putao and Hakha. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.65) inches in Coco-Island, (1.11) inches in Phyu, (0.63) inch in Hainggyigyun and (0.35) inch in Naypyitaw(Zayyarthiri).
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West- Northwestwards and now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and Adjoining West central Bay of Bengal .It is centered at about (735)Nautical miles West–Southwest of Coco Island and (805)Nautical miles West–Southwest of Hainggyikyun(Myanmar), (55) Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai and (75)Nautical miles East –Northeast of Puducherry(India). Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea, Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th November, 2021:Weather will be partly cloudy inSagaing, Magway Regions and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in (Southern and Eastern)Shan State, scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5 –8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
