SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T:During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Eastern Shan State, scattered in Southern Shan State, isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were(3°C) below November average temperature in Kachin State, (2°C)above November average temperatures Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and MonStateand (3°C) above November average temperaturesin (Southern and Eastern)Shan State and about November average temperaturein the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were(9°C) in Hakha and (10°C) in Putao. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were(1.10) inchesin Hpapun,(1.02) inches inHmawbi, (0.91) inchin Bago and (0.63) inch in Pinlaung.
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists. It may further intensify into a depressionover Southwest Bay of Bengal during next (12)hrs and continuous to move West-Northwestwards and cross North Tamilnadu Coast and adjoining South Andhra Pradesh Coast (India)around (11.11.2021).Weather isa few cloud over the NorthBay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th November, 2021:Weather will be partly cloudy inSagaing, Magway Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States. Rain or thundershowers will be scattered inTaninthayi Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan State andisolated inthe remaining Regions and States.Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
