SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Mon State, weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Kachin State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and Southern Shan, Mon States and (3°C) above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperaturein the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (8°C) in Hakha and (10°C) Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.79) inch in Hainggyigyun, (0.67) inch in Mawlamyine and (0.40) inch in Kawthaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 8th November, 2021:Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Eastern Shan, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 – 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Kayin, Mon States.
