SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Magway Region and Chin State. Rain or thundershowers have been widespread inSouthern Shan State, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Bago Regions and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, NorthernShan, Kayah, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Mandalay Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.98) inches in Patheingyi, (2.64) inches in Mandalay (Chanmyathazi),(2.44) inches in Mandalay (Chanayethazan), (2.36) inches in Meiktila, (1.93) inches in Mandalay (Aungmye thazan), (1.69) inches in Madauk, (1.30) inches in Shwesaryan and (1.02) inches in Hainggyigyun.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloudelsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 01st November, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in (Southern and Eastern) Shan State, scattered in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States andisolated in the remaining Regions and States.
