BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining off Sri Lanka Coast still persists. It is forecast continuous to move Westwards. Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 29thOctober, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in (Southern and Eastern) Shan State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4– 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Kayin, Mon States.
