SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions. Rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in (Southern and Eastern)Shan State, scattered in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regionsand States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.93) inches in Putao, (1.45) inches in Hpa-an, (1.25) inches in Paing Kyone, (1.22) inches in Thaton, (0.87) inch in Mogoke, (0.67) inch in Shan-Ywar-Thit and (0.40) inch in Kawthaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
